  I've given up on Fox's. They never answer the phone. They used to be fantastic, but lately when I try to call and order...the phone just rings and rings.

  The man who I spoke to tonight was nasty & unprofessional on the phone and when we went in to pick up our order it only got worse. He even at one point yelled at the phone because it rang while we waited for our pizza. Acting like that in front of customers isn't acceptable. Don't like your job? Get a new one. I get it dude, busy nights can suck. I myself use to work at a pizza place but I never would dream of treating customers like that.

  As a frequent customer, I've come to the conclusion that the food isn't half bad as well as the overall staff. It is a little pricey, but what can you do when it's a small shop? It's generally a nice and positive atmosphere and they are willing to have a conversation with anyone. Tough situations are usually handled as best as possible but not everyone is willing to cooperate; especially when they don't get what they want. Delivery fees are common with most places and it's assumed that everyone knows (shipping and handling included) but yes, you may have to ask if the total is a little much; it's not a hard process.

  Food isn't half bad. Better than some of the other locations around the area that just tastes like cardboard. I'd happily pay the $1.50 for delivery, instead of domino's $3.00 FEE.
